You’ll find us every Tuesday and Wednesday night upstairs at The Bell in the wonderful cabaret room bringing you comedy and magic and a whole host of the usual G&B theme nights, craziness and fun.
If you’ve never been to The Bell before, you’ve a treat in store. Steeped in East London’s history, there’s been a pub here for around 300 years. Said to be one of London’s most haunted pubs, it’s also a firm favourite with the Jack the Ripper tour crowds.
The Bell is an independently owned Victorian pub on the fringes of The City on Middlesex Street, the home of Petticoat Lane Market and Jack the Ripper territory (it’s literally part of many of The Ripper tours!). Just a stones throw away from Brick Lane, Spitalfields and Shoreditch and nearby Liverpool St and Aldgate underground stations. The Bell is known for its mixed crowd of local residents, students and office workers, but don’t mistake this for “just another city pub” because it’s far from it. Eclectically decorated and boasting 2 function rooms including a games room with pool, incredible mouthwatering Thai food and its famous cabaret room with its comedy, cabaret and magic shows.
