So it was an incredible show at The Phoenix, Cavendish Square last night. An utterly jam-packed room got to see some amazing comedy from faces old and new, a little bit of surprise magic and an amazing set from last year’s winner, the awesome Aussie that is Kim Hope. The competition was, as has been the theme from our competition shows in the past year, a down to the line tight finish. In first place was the musical hilarity of Joe da Costa, in an exceptionally tight second place was Mac O’Donnell and in a close third was Tom Draper. I was only too glad to have no vote last night because the crowd was spoilt for choice. Everyone did an amazing job and the crowd all left buzzing from what had been a fabulous show.
