Wednesday we’re at The Bell and getting things off the ground was our very own songbird, Barbara Fernandez and who to raise the dead, the old fashioned way. Next was Gary Joel, a man a deprived upbringing: he had to wait until his late 20’s before meeting his first emo! Michael Alhadeff then told us about his love of old men’s pubs and their ability to knock em back. After Mike was Charlie Firth, who told us why private school boys like rugby so much. Hot on Charlie’s heels was some residual charlie thanks to London’s twenties before the fabulous Mani Ahmed told us of just how he’s preparing for fatherhood and why he needs to learn the names of some female footballers. Next was Evan Henley, a man whose perspective on the world has substantially changed now he’s over 40 and can see much further thanks to the extra height. Our next act was Darren Egerton, a man in season 28 of his marriage and, plot twist, season 29’s going to have him as a grandad. Our penultimate act was Dylan Chand. Dylan gave us some politics and some advice on how Suella Braverman could disguise herself. Closing the show was Frank Buytendijk (pictured). Frank took us through the manosphere, looks maxing and being ultra fu****g woke.
